A standard 10' x 10' booth includes up to 3 skirted tables (two 8' x 2' and one 6' x 2'), two chairs and two show passes. A standard booth costs $300. Some half-sized booths are available. Odd-sized and grouped booths may differ.

Each standard 10' x 10' booth costs $300 for commercial vendors.
Check this box for a $150 discount.
At the Expo Centre, the MMRF is being charged $180 per power drop for events. We will attempt to arrange the booths so that pairs of vendors can share a single $180 power drop, thereby halving the cost of power for each of those vendors. We confirmed with the power providers that this plan is acceptable. After the show, we will refund $90 to each vendor who shares a power drop with a neighbouring vendor.

Tickets to the social are $30 each and are sold on a first-come, first-pay basis.

No ticket reservation without payment. Pick up your prepurchased tickets from the MMRF table at the show. Some social tickets may be available for purchase at the show but space is limited.

The show committee reserves the right to limit the number of social tickets and show passes.

Payments

Payments are to be made via cheque payable to the Mainline Model Railroad Fellowship. Please send payment to the address in the confirmation email.
We also accept e-transfer payments. Please send your e-transfer to payments@mmrf.ab.ca.
Confirmation of receipt of payment will be made before September 2026.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid for cancellation if notification is received between 8 and 30 days prior to the show and if the space can be resold by show organizers. No refunds will be paid if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the show.
