Operating Layout or Static Model Railroad Exhibit

In the box below, please enter a list of names with members who are working the layouts/displays/booths only. The names in this list should be separated by commas. This list will be used to prepare name badges for the show, so please make sure the spelling is correct.

If your list of names is not ready yet, please email it to edmtrainshow@gmail.com as soon as possible.

To conserve space in our venue, we request that larger layouts minimize the amount of non-display (i.e. interior) space.

The exhibitor disbursement cheque should be made payable to this name or organization.

If you have a sketch of your layout on your computer, please upload the PDF or picture. If you prefer you can email the sketch later to edmtrainshow@gmail.com. You may also send your diagram via letter to the address provided in the GETS invitation email. Note: uploaded file can be no larger than 64Mb.

File types allowed: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, doc, docx.

Tickets to the social are $30 each and are sold on a first-come, first-pay basis.

No ticket reservation without payment. Pick up your prepurchased tickets from the MMRF table at the show. Some social tickets may be available for purchase at the show but space is limited.

The show committee reserves the right to limit the number of social tickets and show passes.

Payments

Payments are to be made via cheque payable to the Mainline Model Railroad Fellowship. Please send payment to the address in the confirmation email.
We also accept e-transfer payments. Please send your e-transfer to payments@mmrf.ab.ca.
Confirmation of receipt of payment will be made before September 2026.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid for cancellation if notification is received between 8 and 30 days prior to the show and if the space can be resold by show organizers. No refunds will be paid if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the show.
